This blog has quite literally been a year in the making. This year has flown and I cannot believe that we are coming up on Dan and Destyni’s one year wedding anniversary. I haven’t even yet shared their vintage engagement session on the bog but I do promise that its coming 🙂 I’m skipping right to the most perfect touches of Disney wedding that ever was.
April 20th 2019 was simply magical. The love and the care that was put into this particular wedding was amazing. All the details went hand in hand with one another. Therefore the venue Abilena Plantation, with its vintage vibes just brought the whole thing together. Each of the bridesmaids had a color which corresponded with a Disney princess and I’ll bet you can guess which one was which. The groom is a US Marine so all the groomsmen were dressed in their dress blues for the event. There were touches of Disney all through out the reception, on the brides veil (hidden Mickeys!) and truly every where I looked.
One of my favorite things about weddings is being able to connect with my brides leading up to their big day. I love getting to know them and being able to be a force of calm on their wedding day. This review came in literally the day after the wedding and I feel like it perfectly sums up all I try to be…
Sarah did an AMAZING job at my brothers wedding. Her photos capture the true beauty of my sister in law and the love my brother and her share. Her direction of the group photos were quick and organized. The use of the natural lighting and nature are stunning. Many photos were candid capturing the true experience of the day. Sarah was patience with the bridal party and my sister in law seamed to have a calm when Sarah had the camera in her hand. Unlike most brides on their wedding day. I am so happy Sarah was there to photograph such an important day for our family! – M. Bailey
I had a great spring wedding season last year. Each wedding was so unique and perfectly done. This particular wedding was the first one of my season and it started everything off on just the right foot. Dan and Destyni’s wedding was filled with emotion. A whole day filled with so much hope and promise. It was a day full of joy. Most importantly, it was a day completely filled with love.
